International students pay substantially more for tuition than do Canadian residents. I believe post secondary education is only subsidized for Canadians. It's always been this way unless it's somehow changed now, which I don't think it would. I mean, that wouldn't make any sense for the Canadian government to pay for other countries' citizens educations.
