When do you:

Set up your outdoor lights, decorations, etc - Lights stay up all year...they are blue so it's not as bad.
Christmas Tree (bonus question: real or fake?) This year it was Dec 2. Never before Dec 1 though.
Indoor Decorations - Same as the tree
Put gifts under the tree - Whenever they are purchased and wrapped. I'll probably have wrapped gifts under there this weekend. I plan on finishing my Christmas shopping this weekend.
