I don't have a dog and I don't use dog parks. I wouldn't go to a dog park because dogs go to dog parks and take dumps there. It's a park I can't use. There are no parks in town for people without dogs. Why shouldn't the users pay for the one that's designed for them and not me?
And it is not comparable to either a playground or a regular park, because it's special for dogs and dog owners. Other parks and playgrounds are for people, and people are more important.
Two bucks a month doesn't seem like much for a special group of parks designated for dogs and dog owners.

What the hell are you talking about? 90% of the parks in town have signs that say either no off leash dogs, or NO DOGS PERIOD. Maybe because you don't have a dog, you've never noticed the signs. They're there. Just like the "slower traffic keep right" signs are there.
