It would be pretty hard to figure out regardless of the angle. The only way to know for sure is to know what the play call was, who was assigned to each position on the call, and then look at the tape and see who was out there. Even then there's still the possibility of one guy getting told it's play x and another told play y.

It was mass chaos, and that does come down to coaching to a degree, but the guys on the field have to keep their composure too. There's blame on multiple people here, it wasn't a one person screw up.
