I went last night and it was OK at best.

Maybe a good diversion for 10 to 20 minutes if you are already heading downtown, but dont plan your night around it.

I have 2 young kids who thought it was entertaining enough to walk from one end to the other, but after 20 minutes you will be looking for something else to do.

Take Freemont street, divide it by 1000, subtract 80 degrees Fairenheit, add snow.
