I own a manufacturing company and if we eff up and give the customer more than what he wants, I'll ask him to pay for it. If he's adamant that he doesn't want to, no problem sir, here's your product and thank you for the business.
Why you would pay for something that you didn't order
and don't want is beyond me. Particularly after the OP said:
