Heh, I've always found Telus to be the lesser of the big three evils.

I think people generally don't like cell phone companies because of hidden charges (or maybe just charges that are their own fault but they don't want to admit it) and they generally dislike the company that has burned them the most.

All three companies have some bad reps and some bad contracts. Whatcha going to do really? There are also some very good ones at each company.

People are naturally going to dislike anything they feel forced or tricked into and that happens a lot in the cell industry. Then it just becomes a matter of who did it to them first, or who did it to them worst.
