That's actually the most common side effect and apparently it's worse than normal seasonal shots for most people. (Which I usually get because of my condition and I can verify.)
My arm was very sore for 3 days or so and noticibly sore for a week. It's finally gone now.
Course I will admit it can be different for anyone, and I will also say it didn't outright stop me form anything I needed to do. It was more of an inconvienance than a problem.
