Doctors are usually the smartest people in society, doesn't mean they get a free ride, as they can be totally arrogant, but all else being equal, I am going to trust their opinion over a high school grad, unless there is no proof to believe they are lying. anyone who has had a regular job at a place that employs more than 10 people will realize that any conspiracy that of which is being suggested is impossible and ridiculous, there are too many ######s and people with nothing to gain to participate in it.

They not only distrust established medicine (in favour of youtube videos), anti-vaccine people believe that the entire medical establishment is active in a massive, decades-long campaign of poisoning as many patients as they can get their hands on. They even poison themselves and their families.
They want to poison everybody. The motive behind this is unclear. I've read they do it for both financial gain and population control.
