I dont really believe in one defined theory. With so many accounts, stories, reports, pictures, videos, etc, it can sometimes be hard to tell whats true and whats not true.
Although I 100 percent believe in the existance of alien life, that we have been visited by alien life and that some people on the earth know the details about them.
