I don't see how they expect to get sympathy when the beginning of the video shows a drooling moron who's drunkenly slurring his words.

I didn't even know what was going to happen and I already wanted that kids face beaten in.

Those traffic cops should get a pat on the back and a re-fill on the pepper spray.
