My guess is Edmontonians on that one.

About 3 years ago, some ######s went around my neighborhood spray painting backwards swastikas on a few roads.
The incident bugged me for a couple of days, until I went and painted over the symbols with some spray paint.
It hasn't happened since, so my guess was stupid kids, not some organized group that was behind it.
