According to the link provided the photo was taken for a runners world story back in April. She's taking issue with it being used in an article about her political abilities.
Newsflash Sarah: If you pose for a picture expect it to be used in ways other than that originally intended.
She's quite possibly the dumbest person in politics, and that's a tough job to win.
