I think having Jonah makes the most sense as Lundy's killer.
For one, Dexter has interacted with him a couple times, while the show has completely ignored the daughter and wife, makes me think he will be featured in some way in a future episode.
Two, Dexter has been so interested in the Trinity killer, because he is an example of how Dexter can be a family man and a killer. Having Trinity's son kill Deb and Lundy will destroy Dexter's theory that he can keep his family in the dark about his secret.
