What, you can't win every second tourney?

If it's bi-weekly, $50 still generates a very nice WSOP rake if we put 25% into that based on 15 people ---> 15 x 24 (I know it's 26, but x-mas is probably out

) x .25 x $50 = $4500, which is enough for a nice trip and buy-ins for 2 cheap events.
I have to run out for several hours, but if someone wants to start an online sign-up list, it would be great.
Now, for playing poker in a community hall, I am assuming a gaming license is not required if the "house" does not collect a fee?
