Only good RTS atm is Company of Heroes IMO. One of the best all time that I ever played had to be The Moon Project. Wow that was a game, HUGE maps, tons of units you could build, tons of upgrades. Best thing about the game was each faction didn't get 10 or so vehicles with upgrades you could research instead you would research the chassis and weapons independantley and create almost any unit you wanted.
If anyone knows of a current RTS that is similar to The Moon Project, I would love to hear about it.
