Yeah, Durant shouldn't have been the West QB All star.

Lets compare Burris and Durant:

Completions/attempts: Almost identical, too close to distinguish, Durant SLIGHTLY higher completion percentage. They both had 339 completions, but it took Burris 9 more passes to do so.

Passing yards: Burris had nearly 500 more passing yards.

TDs: Durant 24, Burris 22 - pretty close

Ints: Durant 21, Burris 16 - less close.

Rushing Yards - Burris with a slight edge

Rushing TDs - Burris with a huge 11-3 margin.

Team record: Identical.

The only categories Durant leads Burris in are very close, and are offset by the other categories where Durant is further behind Burris.

Of course, the West QB All star picking has a history of weird picks. The one year, Ricky Ray was the all-star despite being only the 4th (maybe 5th) best QB in the western division.
