First of all I never whined that they don't wear gloves. I whined that they stick their grubby meat hooks all over the lid that I'm about to stick in my mouth. By your reasoning, unsanitary conditions exist in third world countries, so I should suck it up here, accept that I may get a cup with Joe Blows freshly sneezed hand all over it, even though it's simple to prevent?

The whole point really of my op is that I am paying for a product/service. I understand I have a choice to go there or not. Is that the way it should be? Shouldn't a service be basically sold as first rate, not "well this is the way it is and if you don't like it, go somewhere else"? I happen to like going there and like the product, but I've identified a way that I feel a decent product can be improved upon.
