There is an issue present in the Be A GM game mode that may cause your playthrough to get stuck in the AHL, with no way of returning to the NHL.

To avoid this issue, there are two solutions:

After playing any AHL game in Be A GM, make sure to manually save your Be A GM file.
Turn off autosave entirely (This can be done on the Profile Management screen in My NHL 10). Remember to manually save your file before exiting the mode.

Please note that if you do decide to leave autosave on it is also recommended that you alternate between two save files when playing Be A GM as well as manually saving after every game or when you exit the mode just in case you do encounter any issues.
