Personally I think it's quite the opposite. If you were to toss around a large breed house dog like this you could easily trigger the dog to go into defense and bite and fight back. The dog in this video never once fought back, just didn't let himself be pinned. My dog and I play like this, as I mentioned, but I can't go all the way with him, or he'd skewer me, I respect his jaws and the fact that he doesn't know how strong he is at every given second (other dog owners know what I'm talking about). This dog never once bit or nipped, I'd say he's quite trained.
