I'm starting to get really frustrated with the poke checking. Sure we all do it, but man it's ridiculous. Anytime you play anyone with any amount of skill, it's just brutal. To me, NHL 2010 is essentially just a button-mash game. Whoever hits L2 the most wins. It's also incredibly frustrating playing a weaker opponent because they take 30 tripping penalties a game meaning it takes 1 hour to play a game. Some of the techies at EA should figure out for next year that hockey isn't played with one hand on the sticking, jabbing it in and out for 60 minutes.
