Last time I checked the labour standards for Alberta; it was 2 weeks up until 5 years of service, 3 weeks for 5-10 years, and 4 weeks for 10+ years. I think it goes up past the 10 year point, but I don't know those numbers.

Edit- looks like there's no "10 year" statute like I thought:
