A lot of possible downsides on my side.
TDs are 6 across the board.

That is a steep price to pay for a 40 year old QB in a keeper league. I don't think I would do it, and would ride Eli out and hope Benson balances out the points that you would hope to get from your QB.
Favre can't keep up this pace, it just can't be possible. And this is coming from a Vikings fan. There next few games are against some weaker teams, so I can see them running it 80% of the time. At least they should.

1) Tony Romo and Marshawn Lynch
for
Knowshon Moreno and Kyle Orton
2) (Matt Ryan or Carson Palmer) and Clinton Portis
for
(Lawrence Maroney or Knowshon Moreno) and (Kyle Orton or Jay Cutler)
Basically the questions that would help me pick a trade are:
a) Who do I target: Ryan, Romo or Palmer
b) Who do I part with, Moreno or Maroney?
c) Is there a deal that's not worth it (i.e. quarterback A is not worth Moreno but is worth Maroney?)

Isn't Maroney in a RB by comittee in New England? Well I just looked and Maroney is the leading rusher, but they have 5 RB's with 10+ carries. And NE is a pass first team. So if you can get something for Maroney, I say you do it.
I despise Tony Romo, so based on personal biases, I'd go with the 2nd deal if you can keep Moreno and trade Maroney. And I like both Palmer and Ryan....maybe Palmer a bit more due to experience.
