I can start at most 4 RB (2 RB, 2 Flex) and have LT, Sproles, Ricky Williams, Ryan Grant and LeSean McCoy along with Benson.
Lance Briggs is my 3rd highest scoring IDP (we play 10 a week) and his replacement will need to come off the wire.
To add to this, it is a modified keeper league (you can keep 10; 5 offense, 5 defense) so I would be giving up 2 guys who I would keep, and who knows wtf Favre will do this year.
The guy I'm trading with I have already played. He is 2 games out of a playoff spot and with 5 weeks left 4 of the 5 teams are currently in playoff spots.

That's a tough scenario. You are hurting at QB, but if you make this trade, you will be weak at RB. Depends on the scoring system, if there's a TD discrepancy between passing TD's and rushing/passing TD's (3 vs. 6 points), then I'd keep Benson.
I'm not big on Sproles or Grant as fantasy options this year, but as keepers, they are a pretty good bet. Benson is also pretty young and is ressurecting(sp??) his career, I think he should be worth more than Favre and a throw in. Especially if Briggs is accumulating alot of points in IDP categories.
