BC will win the tiebreaker over Edmonton. Winnipeg wins the tiebreaker over Hamilton. As for Calgary-Riders game, the only way Calgary gets the 1st place is if they win and not a tie or a lost.

Actually, those are both wrong.
If the Lions and Esks tie, they'll both have 17 points, so the Esks would crossover and play the winner of the Winnipeg-Hamilton game (if WPG wins, they'd both have 16 points, WPG would win the tie-breaker, and EDM would get 4th in the East with more points than HAM; if HAM wins, they'd have 18 and WPG would have 14, and EDM would get 4th in the East with more points that WPG).
Also, the Stamps are 2 points up on the Riders, so a tie is good enough for the Stamps to win the West. The Riders are the ones who must win because they'd need the win to tie the Stamps, and they own the tie-breaker.
