When I read the article on the train this morning I thought something was fishy too.
The big reason the guy is upset is not because the WCLC investigated him, but because they refused to pay out because someone claimed that part of the jackpot was his because they were part of a group buy.

The weird thing was that the guy who claimed this was the brother in law of the owner of the place where the guy bought the winning ticket.

It all sounds a little fishy to me, but what are you gonna do?
