What is it about Ford that kept their heads above water versus GM and Chrystler? Its not like GM and Chrystler were having trouble selling cars. It has to be in the operations costs, Ford was doing something different than the other 2 counterparts that failed. I thought I had read somewhere Ford had shifted major/pricey operations overseas a while ago, but I'm not sure if it was exactly that.
