Before the lunch and dinner rush we would make all the fries in advance and put it under the heat lamp, and if you complained that the fries are cold, the shift manager would take your fries and dip it in the fryer again for 10 seconds, then spit in it! lol...it was so gross I quit after a month. On that note, when I worked as a dishwasher at the cafeteria at Scurfield Hall at the U of C, I found out they changed the oil there every six months. Yummy.
