Are doctors writing sick notes now for asymptomatic people that haven't been positively diagnosed with the virus?

Sorry to hear dude. Hope everything works out.
Thats a typo a "ventilator" is a breathing apparatus that helps you breathe, which you probably know. The respirators are required by anyone in the h1n1 wards at the hospital. Sorry

How does that work for time off work, good question. I would have to assume that it must be given. I bet the last thing they want is infected people at work. Legally they are not allowed to go to work and I would have to assume a doctors note would be required. You are correct that they aren't 100% confirmed that its h1n1 until the lab report is back for 3 days but they treated her for h1n1 and she got better and is continuing to get better at home. 100% recovery expected. If for some reason they are wrong then I would have to assume that they would call and let them know quarantine is not necessary.I could be wrong though
