Well if you go over your sick day allotment and you still want to be employed I am guess your company would tell you to work from home.

My dad contracts at an Agrifirm and they have people calling in sick when they arent sick because they are so afraid of pig flu. The company he is working for has no problem using your sick days but if you use them and you are over the limit you have to work from home else you dont get paid for that day.
