I remember when being sick meant stay home and rest up and get better, now it seems that it means just work your butt off from home.
Over the last two weeks we have had managers rushing into our office demanding that we rush people onto remote access so they can work from home because they are to sick to be at work. Whether it be setting up a Citrix account, building a laptop with a VPN on it, or building a laptop with the software they need to work locally on it.
Just let people stay home and get better, over working them when they are sick will only make it worse!
