Then the OP could have his claim denied. Unless you specifically tell your insurance company that you will be using your car to hire people to run errands or even delivering pizza for that matter then your claim can be denied.
You're allowed to lend your car out and your insurance will still cover any claims unless the person who you lent it to got compensation in any way.
