Totally agree with you. I was in Phoenix last Christmas and I have to say, out of all the American cities I've been to, Phoenix has to have the most friendliest people and awesome customer service I've seen. Maybe it has to do with the great weather all the time but there just really easy going and down to earth people. I definitely would go back. If only Hockey would work down there...
