All-in-all, I-Hate-Hulse's config was easily the most reasonable. Yes, it sucks that Dell charges $350 for a 1TB HD, and I'd even be willing to substitute a $120 one from MemEx in its place. I can't allow an expired sale price though, because I can buy the iMac right now for its price, but I would have to travel back in time to get that 30" monitor on sale.

As far as the screen goes, there are 4 things that need to match:

Size: 27"
Tech: IPS
Light: LED
Resolution: 2560 x 1440

His screen exceeded the size, matched the tech and the resolution but not the lighting. Every other monitor either only matched the tech and nothing else... or nothing at all.
