Yeah, the confrontation scene was one of the best scenes in the history of the show. I'm not sure where things go between them. As I mentioned earlier, I like Lane Pryce and I hope that he stays even if the company is sold; and it wouldn't surprise me, the way they've been setting it up with his wife hating NY when he seems to secretly love it. I'm suprised that they haven't done more with the Pete vs. Ken rivalry that they seemed to be setting up for this season.
Also, Roger had an absolutely fantastic line in this last episode when he was talking to Joan; about how there are people you want to think of you, and people you don't. In the context of Roger's story at that particular moment, it was a brilliant line.
