What exactly is there to get caught up on in a RANDOM thoughts thread? This is what I never understood. If I missed 5 pages I would just skip it and join the one of the dozen conversations going on at that time or just throw out my random thought or idea.
For me it's not about being impatient to click on the second page but sometimes I forget which threads I'm involved in and think anything I'm interested in should be on the first page.
I found with the RTT it would keep the quality threads on the first page and the randomness just goes into the RTT. Then we don't have a thread every 2 days asking if it "is okay to eat expired
insert food" thread popping up.
