I don't know if I'm totally being blown off or not. She wants to go out for coffee this weekend in the afternoon instead. I don't want to go for coffee (don't get me started on weekend afternoon dates).
She is also asking what I'm doing on halloween, and wants me to go out with her then.
I should add that this isn't really just some random, but a girl that I've known for about a year.

I don't think she is b;lowing you off. I can"t speak for her of course but this sounds like the way I act when I am interested in someone but afraid of geting too wrapped up in the person. But it would be unusual for a girl in her late teens . early 20s to be that self aware, but who knows.
