It shouldn't be a concern, she probably picks up more "mercury" from mom's milk if mom had some fish than she would get in the vaccine or in the second hand smoke from smoker's clothes... There's nothing to show any relation with thiomersal and any thing like autism.
And the mercury that is in it is in a chemical compound, it's not raw mercury. So being afraid of mercury in a vaccine is kind of like being afraid of table salt because the chemicals in it are an explosive metal and a caustic gas.
