I've had a fair bit of experience with RHD in Australia and Ireland. You do get used to it quite quickly. I found shifting was no problem, but the damn turn signal lever was on the wrong side and kept hitting the wipers.
As for driving one in Canada, it seems silly to me...in particular on 2 lane roads, trying to pass would be adventurous to say the least.
