What are you looking to do? Slots? Table games (blackjack, roulette, craps, etc.)? Poker?

As said, Grey Eagle is the only one which allows you to smoke inside (only certain parts allow smoking, but the smoke doesn't know the boundaries of the smoking section). So, keep that in mind whether or not you smoke.

I believe that Grey Eagle also has the cheapest drinks (at least on beer), but their table service (in the Poker Room, at least) is the worst. Stampede and Deerfoot have higher prices but better quality service.

Cash Casino, on Blackfoot, is a dump.

On Saturday, after the Flames game, Stampede and Elbow River will be packed by people leaving the game. If you play poker, this is the best time to play because the games are super-soft. If you play the other games, it doesn't really matter because you're not playing against the other players.

As for the quality of the games, if you play the slots or tables, they're all pretty much the same.

With regards to the Poker Rooms, Stampede has the overall nicest room, with soft games. It'll be packed after the game on Saturday, so if you go there, get there before the game ends to ensure you get a seat.

Although none of them are Vegas, Stampede is probably the closest to the Vegas experience, if that's important to you.

I've never eaten at any of the casinos in Calgary, so I can provide no input there, except to say that the uniform the women wear at the sushi bar in Deerfoot is spectacular.
