I tried your advice and since I have never posted there before they have to approve my post. It seems they won't approve my post because Steam has had problems with fraud via the steam gift system that supposedly paypal won't help with since no merchandise gets exchanged. The problem being that people purchase games with stolen credit cards then sell them and when the cards are reported the games are taken back from that persons account.
If this is why no one wants a copy I would be happy to do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable with the purchase(credit card statement, etc) I have met a handful of cp'ers in the past that could vouch that i'm probably not going to rip you off
