I wish my parents still did my laundry and cooking but I'd never move back home to get that.

Yeah, I agree. I did most of my cooking, minus dinners, and all of my laundry all through university. Even 5 years after the fact, I still lament making my own dinner, although I am not an awful cook, you begin to realize that having a mom is like having a personal nutrition specialist that you don't have to pay.
Still, I totally agree. The more independence your parents teach you, the better your relationship with them and your family will be in your life.
