My mom does my laundry sometimes, but not because I want her to.
I like to do my own because I have a very specific method. ALways cold water, nothing but socks and boxers in the dryer. Everything gets hanged up and organized in my closet and gets air dried.
I think she does it because there is so little she does for me anymore that is still "motherly" so doing my laundry makes her feel needed again.
