Don't know if the black market for it exists in Canada. I'm hoping not. It exists in Hong Kong though, and also in Chinese mainland areas around Guangzhou. Aborted babies are money makers, and tender eating apparently.
EDIT: I am aware that this some will say this is an urban myth, and it's certainly not common. On the other hand, I have been told about first-hand experience of a couple of friends, have read enough Chinese stories about it and am familiar enough with other strange occurrences in China to find this totally believable though I have never been in a position to order it.
EDIT II: Just to add, I don't really see anything morally wrong about eating babies unless the babies are being killed in order to be eaten. As long as they are just basically natural waste in the form of human flesh, I don't see anything so bad about eating them from a moral standpoint. Just the taboo makes it a bit unsettling.
