Dead Pixels On A New Laptop
I recently bought a Dell Studio XPS 13 for around $1500. Everything seems to be working fine except the screen has 2 dead pixels on it. So I called their customer service line and asked them what they could do about it and they sent me a new Studio XPS 13 laptop to exchange my current one.
While the screen on the new laptop is perfect, it seems to make weird noises while the one with broken pixels doesn't. Now I plan on returning the new laptop instead of the one with deal pixels on it since the noise is driving me nuts.
After going through all these trouble, should I just live with the dead pixels on the screen or should I ask them to send me a different replacement?
