Thanks to the wet heavy snow, I've discovered a leak in my roof right where the chimney joins the roof.

It appears the tin surround had failed long ago, and was "repaired" by the previous owner. The repair now seems to have failed also.

Can you replace, and probably upgrade, the entire tin suround around the chimney? The shingles on the rest of the roof are in good condition.
