The area of the city I live in is a little bit less hilly than other places in the city, but in all my years of driving, I never have been stuck without traction at a light.

Yesterday was much more slippery where I live. Today there was more snow accumulation (22X looked like it had never even been plowed once
), so traction was a bit better. Of course, it's hard to tell how slippery things are when you only move at 0.2 km/h.
