I'm on PC and I don't see edit tags button and I've been around for long enough and have enough posts I'd think I'd be able to.
One funny thing I've found from browsing old threads is that it appears that mods made it so that anyone could start a poll in a thread and before long (ie after a few hours on the first day) they had to repeal this privilege because of abuse.
