An update.

I called Gold's Gym and demanded they ask this collection agency to stop hounding me. They refused. I told them I would call the BBB and any news outlets that may be willing to listen.

Yet I keep getting calls from the Collection agency and now they have reported this to my credit bureau.

How do I get rid of this stupid thing? Can I call the credit Bureau myself and ask it to be removed?

An advice as what to my next step is with Gold's?
