The car chase from the start of The Transporter (an otherwise forgetable movie)
The scene from the Matrix in the office lobby. (Music was what made that)

You hit two of the ones that I was thinking of in Bullitt and the transporter (I can't believe they are making a sequal).
There were some good ones in Lethal Weapon 1 and 3 also. 2 sort of sucked.
